Return Policy

Returning Defective Products

Defective products may be returned to Ethernet-Cords within 30 days from the invoice date, at Ethernet-Cords' discretion for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Manufacturers' restrictions apply.

We are responsible for defective products shipping expenses.

After 30 days, all manufacturers' warranties apply.

Returning Non-Defective Products

Non-Defective returns can be accepted directly by Ethernet-Cords within 30 days from the invoice date, at Ethernet-Cords' discretion for credit or exchange.

You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Also some of your discounts that depended on price and quantity may no longer apply and we may need to adjust your refund amount.

How to start the return process?

1. All products returned must be 100% complete, contain all original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Sorry, used or cut cables cannot be returned.

2. Send an email to contact@ethernet-cords.com including your return request, your original order ID/number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name.

3. We will send an email that includes a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address for you.

4. Please attach the return label to the shipping package (not the manufacturing package).

5. Ship the items to the return shipping address.

6. Ethernet-Cords strongly recommends you to fully insure shipment and to choose a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection
